View Colors Shining Through

How many moments of beauty do we miss because we're anxiously looking too far ahead?!

On a recent drive home from an evening event at the Currier Museum of Art, what I saw in my rearview mirror compelled me to pull over in Derryfield Park.

What I saw was this lavender sky streaked with rose & coral and the last lingering of lemony sunlight kissing the clouds. And what a view from one of the highest points within the city proper of Manchester.

Am amazed at how easily we find what we consciously decide to seek:  Joy. Gratitude. Wonder. Beauty.
